Leonard Madison

Nineteen years behind and around the bar, most of them across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. Leonard Madison has elevated beverage programs in high-volume rooms, at exclusive private events, and in luxury craft cocktail bars — and moves between them without missing a step.

He has served as private mixologist for the Dallas Cowboys and their affiliates, and built beverage experiences at SĒR Steak + Spirits in Dallas and the boutique Hotel Drover in Fort Worth. He has placed in local and national cocktail competitions, and works with Patrón, Licor 43, San Matias Tequila, Zephyr Gin and Toucan Cocktails.

His approach is culinary — the gap between the kitchen and the glass is where he works. Precise technique and savory infusions, complex culinary profiles turned into highly technical signature cocktails. He is professional, he educates, he creates, and he influences.
